The Most Advanced Navigational System Available for the Dismounted Soldier
Built to the demanding requirements of a U.S. Army Program of Record, TRX DAPS II is a state-of-the-art navigation system developed to replace the legacy Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR).
TRX DAPS II leverages M-Code GPS and other technology layers to deliver Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A-PNT) information to warfighters and their combat systems in situations where GPS is denied or compromised. |
TRX DAPS II Goes Beyond M-Code
Non-Stop, Reliable PNT Military-grade GPS based on M-Code technology is the most reliable source of PNT available for the battlefield. Currently, TRX DAPS II is the only proven production system being fielded to deliver M-code GPS to dismounted warfighters. TRX DAPS II is much more than an M-Code receiver. Building on M-Code GPS as a foundation, TRX DAPS II integrates additional layers of PNT technology, enabling it to deliver continuous and reliable PNT information to warfighters, even while under threat. |
Multi-Layer Assurance
Unmatched A-PNT Capabilities TRX DAPS II provides warfighters and their combat systems with a continuous stream of assured PNT information by fusing inputs from a diverse range of PNT sources including:
By continuously cross-checking data from these and other inputs, TRX DAPS II monitors PNT source integrity, eliminates compromised sources, and delivers assured position and time to the warfighter.
